How does Invisalign® treatment work?

The Treatment
The journey begins with a scan or impressions. Their orthodontist works closely with Invisalign® treatment specialists to develop a complete digital treatment plan, carefully plotting your teen’s best smile from start to finish.

The Aligners
Your teen will receive their Invisalign® clear aligners created with our proprietary SmartTrack® material. Throughout their treatment, you can monitor their compliance through an indicator on the aligner. They’ll wear them for 22 hours a day, but can easily remove them so there are fewer interruptions to their lifestyle.

The Transformation
As they progress through their treatment, they’ll see their smile and life transform through a series of small, expertly designed shifts. And with the Invisalign® Teen Guarantee, you have the option to switch to wires and brackets if your teen decides Invisalign® treatment isn’t for them in the first six months.
